What is a virtual number for SMS verification?+
It is a real mobile number from another country that you use instead of your own when an app asks to verify your phone. The verification SMS sent to that number is shown in the app, so your personal number stays private.
What happens if the code never arrives?+
You are not charged. If no code arrives within 20 minutes the price is refunded to your balance automatically, and after about 2 minutes you can cancel the number yourself for an instant refund.
Which apps and countries are supported?+
More than 1,300 apps, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Discord, with numbers from over 150 countries. Stock and success rates change during the day and are shown live before you buy. Turkish (+90) numbers are not offered.
How do I pay?+
You top up a prepaid balance through Google Play and each number is deducted from it. Prices are shown in your local currency. There is no subscription.
Can I receive more than one SMS on the same number?+
Yes, with a rented number. A one-time number is meant for a single code; if you expect several messages or need to log in again later, rent a number instead.
Is there an iPhone app?+
Not yet. The app is available for Android on Google Play.
